![]() ![]() I've combed through the formatting of every word between those headings to make sure I hadn't accidentally usedĪ heading style in that text and I 100% haven't done so. Thing is, I don't have any sub-headings hidden between the headings that now show the divider line, so I can't use the fix I had before. Showing the hidden heading got rid of the line. ![]() I had the problem earlier in this document between the headings INTENTION and SUBJECT MATTER, but that was when I was hiding the level containing the QUISTCLOSE heading. They're really distracting and I want to remove them, but can't find the formatting option to fix it. In the below image, the lines I'm talking about are between the SUBJECT MATTER / OBJECT and FIXED TRUSTS / DISCRETIONARY TRUSTS headings: Step 1: click Office button on the top left of Word window, and then click Word Options Step 2: click Advanced and then check Show crop marks in Show document content to show the crop marks, or uncheck to hide them. So I have created a detailed Table of Contents from my Heading Styles and it's started throwing up these divider lines between certain headings.
